Although Ajay was found not guilty of the following charges, nevertheless, Deputy District Attorney, Steve Mount continues to twist, distort and flagrantly misrepresent the facts of the case to the media.

Stating that the accuser had 3 abortions. Not True (for more).

Stating that he showed her porn/child porn. Not True (for more).

The Unbelievalbe Accusation:

1.	At the age of 21 the accuser claimed that she was raped 3 times a week for the previous five years – that is 750 times.
2.	She claims she was raped while her adopted mother was asleep in the same bed, at 5 different family and friends homes while everyone was present.
3.	No one saw any evidence of rape or abuse of any kind. Not the social worker who processed the adoption (who would have witnessed a teen allegedly raped 120 times), not the doctor of 4 years (who was her doctor during the time that 624 alleged rapes occurred), not teachers, friends, family, no one.
4.	She wrote in and signed private medical documents stating she had never been the victim of rape or abuse and the first age of sex was at 18 (more).
5.	She first made the accusation out of retaliation for the breakup of her boyfriend and loss of all financial support. A few months after making the accusation she dropped the case.
6.	However, when her immigration status became compromised due to a passport fraud conviction in Nepal, she reasserted the charges and used the Davis Police Department and the Yolo Co. DA's office to secure her return and stay permanently in the USA.

Recipe for Ajay's Injustice:
1.	Start with a police detective who minimally investigated the allegations.
2.	Add a prosecutor who spun a story with little regard for the facts.
3.	Throw in a judge who refused to allow evidence to help exonerate the defendant.
4.	Mix in a local newspaper that would only print the DA's press release about the story.
5.	Stir it all up and you get 378 years and 4 months in prison.
